Wanting someone to break up the ground along my fence line (approx. 40meters) using a rotary hoe or similar. I then intend to add compost/top soil in preparation to plant (Star Jasmin etc) along the fence so width needs to be about half a meter or so. You'll need to provide the tools/hoe yourself.
