Wooden Fence & Retaining Wall

I need an affordable quote from an experienced tradesman to remove 10.6m of 1.2m high wooden fencing and replace it with 1.8m high wooden fencing. Fillets are required on the neighbours side of the fence for Council Consent. We will also need a quote for a retaining wall to run along side the new 1.8m high fence. The height of the retaining wall will be approximately 500mm high and 10.8m long. This part of the job is required before Christmas. I think a site visit will be needed for an accurate quote. I also require some advice and an addition quote for a retaining wall for a bank.
