A timber/ or other economical suggestion - Retaining wall and steps to higher level. Current timber wall (collapsing) has length about 16 metres, about 40cm at lowest by the gate to just on 1 metre at highest at house end. Will need drainage addressed and chanelled properly. Any excess excavated earth to be retained on-site nearby. Replace timber stairs from house deck to garden in a different configuration to present. Minor other drainage work to be estimated. 1st image is from above to show retaining wall path. Pic 2 is of steps to replace - different configuration. 3rd pic is of current retainer (collapsing) with garden area above.
