Build a mowing strip/bark retainer.

Build and install a wooden mowing strip / bark-retainer in front of a 20 meter long hedge. On the back side of hedge, there is already such strip. Need same or similar on hedge side that faces the street mainly to keep bark from sliding out. Strip will go along bottom of post and wire fence. Painting optional. In one or two of the photos, you can see existing strip along back which is what we are looking to do on this one. It needs to carry on from corner in photo 1 and be level (open to discussion of course). Estimate should include materials which is 100 x 50 (20 m) for strip plus stakes.
