Improve driveway access and parking area.

We have a short narrow driveway with very little room for parking, it is steepish and the bumper scrapes when we reverse back out. We are wanting the driveway widened and an area made for parking for 2 cars. Not sure if it will need to be dug out or if just regrading the driveway will be ample. Don't know if you would need plans or if you can design and implement? please advise. Concreted.
