Steps & pathway construction

I'm wanting some steps and a pathway designed and built for ease of access to my properties 9 and 9a Konini Street from the pedestrian access way that runs between Konini Street and Vanguard Street. Council approval being sought as it will be on council road reserve. Looking for someone experienced in design and construction of concrete or timber steps.
