Retaining Wall

Hi, we have a house on a sloping section in Atawhai. It currently has a partial cement retaining wall at one end. We have noticed some of the hillside residing and would like to have a two or three tiered retaining wall built to secure the land and to use the space for gardening, etc. It is approx. 15 meters long and 6 meters wide. We have had two estimates with vastly different figures and would like a 3rd quote and hopefully we can start work soon. Also... there is no direct access with digger, so there would need to be an option of a ramp being built. Etc. I have attached an example of what we are looking to do with the property.
