Lawn Prep/Stone Removal/Drainage needed

Looking for a contractor to be able to help prepare my approx 9x5m front lawn area for future lawn and landscaping, but is in major need of site prep to remove stones, concrete, weeds. Goal is to have site completed cleared, top soil loaded on top and ready for grass/plants to be put around the edging. Drainage needs to be addressed is at times the current lawn area can pool with water so a creative cheap soultion is needed. Open to quotes for just earthworks, all the way to full start to finish design works.
