New retaining walls needed

We are looking to retain sections of our back yard, sloped in grass. The area is undeveloped and needing something to improve backyard function. The ground is very dry in summer, but water logged in wet months due to poor drainage. Not urgent but would like to look at building once the ground softens up again. Looking for 2 x retaining walls, to give us some flattened area for a large trampoline & space for kids to run around/ bbq. Difficult access to backyard if digger required, would need to look at options.
