Garden revamp- Timber steps, planting and new lawn

Three jobs to cover. Soil preparation and turfing We have a small patch of garden wrapping around the deck that has been covered with matting and gravel for many years. We have taken it up with a view to grassing it to discover it is very hard clay. Need someone to prep the ground to improve drainage and ensure the new lawn takes well. Potentially to lay the new lawn too. Maybe 50m2? but thats a guess. Steps We are on a sloped plot with three 'terraces'. We want to put in new timber steps to link all three levels with the existing deck. Planting advise On the small middle terrace we want to plant to establish an attractive, fairly low lying native garden. NO matting, stone chip but would consider mulch if required. This is also likely to be heavy clay... Happy to discuss one or all parts of the job with any interested landscapers. Thanks
