Levelling Carport area and removal buildup against house

buildup of stones/path removed from against house foundation wall with small retaining wall (.5m high) to hold rubble away from house. Affected wall is about 3m long. We intend to eventually have a carport placed so ground would need to be levelled. access is fairly level. A small digger with small bucket would be ideal.
