Retaining wall #2

We need a retaining wall re built eqc have assessed the wall and have given recommendations on the type needed to prevent the wall slipping in the future we also need another built further back to terrace the property. The catch is we have no access to the area we need done for diggers and getting materials up to the area would be manual work as the area of concern is Bluff Hill Napier.
