Retaining wall behind garage

I require a retaining wall that is parallel to the fence line to the left side of my garage. The retaining wall will be approximately 0.6m high and 9.4m long along the fence line and 1.2m long at the front. Diagram attached in photos with all measurements, Fence in black, garage walls in blue and retaining wall in orange. Also require removal of hard core soil mix and replacement with quality topsoil for top tier so that I can plant.
