I would like the 5x1.5 area filled in (~15cm soil) to flatten and cover pipes, and re-grassed. Works must be complete by early February. Idea (can be changed based on your advise): * Timber boarder placed close to decking (red in photos) to retain soil. * Removal grass, infill soil, and re-grass (blue) Area is roughly 5 x 1.5
