Change of new garden landscape

This is a new build home, the garden has just been put in and it is not suitable for me at all. The total area is approximately 20 meters squared. This includes the side of the property, which requires no change. So I would say the total grass area would be about 3m x 3m back and 3m x 3m front. So what I would like a quote on would be: 1) Placing all current plants into bags with soil, (I will re-use these) 2) Placing current grey stones into bags (First 3 photos) (I will sell these) 3)Placing a SMART GRASS artificial lawn down. 4)Placing some form of edging around the edge of the beds which will only be around the edge of the property, including where the washline is. 5) The stepping stones will be placed against the side of the house where the flowerbed is currently in the first photo. I will re-plant the flower beds myself. I would like this done around mid-January 2024 Thank you Pauline
