Renovation of Lawn

Hi I am looking forward to give my lawn a new look with a great design your ideas and suggestions are welcome little bit idea about my thoughts got 2 lawns one in front and other at back want some paving with chips or stones , artificial grass 40-45mm ,,,corners with feature item or water fall along side fence planting. Things that will go away will be both water tanks all plant bed box at back . Planning to do asap or as per your availability as far we have a deal and plan set.
