remediation work for a tilting retaining wall

I suddenly found that my backyard land near the corner of the building is sinking after a rain last week. Also, the retaining wall is tilting. There must be some drainage issue alongside the existing brick retaining wall, caused soil washed away. I need a retaining wall specialist to have a visit and check the problem, then propose remediation solutions with cost.
