Job description

General Landscaping
Manukau

1. Add approx 3m cubes of soil to a backyard area by wheelbarrow. 2. Compact the soil to the level of the surrounding area. 3. Plant grass. Above ground pool has been removed leaving a flat base of compact black sand. Soil needs to be added to bring level back to surrounding grass area and then area planted with grass. Area is 8m x 4m and on average 100mm depth so estimate 3m cubes of soil although this will need to be compacted prior to planting grass so might be a bit more. Soil will need to be wheel barrowed up side of house then up 5 garden steps by a plank (supplied) to the back yard. It requires a bit of strength to get a 3/4 full barrow up the plank but it is a short effort I have done many times to add the sand prior to pool installation a few years ago. Wide driveway for trailer access then barrow up side of house. Quote would include supplying soil to the property, grass (open to ideas on quickest planting method) and the work to do the job. Photos supplied to assist estimate of time to complete and effort to shift soil to back yard. All obstacles will be cleared away from route to backyard. If you prefer, quote the whole job completed or break the quote into supplying soil and grass and split the labour part into an hourly rate. Preference given to asap start.
