Landscaping at the rear of this small commercial shop in Botany Road, Manukau, needs a tidy up. Cobblestones seen as a solution, but open to other ideas. Timeframe asap - the shop is currently empty and this is an ideal time to complete the work before a new tenant moves in. Access to the rear outdoor area is only through the shop. The shop flooring will need to be protected from muddy boots, machinery, etc. Site measurements (approx) noted on the photos. There's parking right outside.
