Rainwater tank and outdoor water system

Kia ora team, We are a community center which has served our local families for over 50 years. We are in a process of planning and innovating our garden, and would like to install a rainwater tank, some pipes and pumps, an outdoor water system to irrigate our garden and let our children have water play some times. Can you please come to visit our center and have a discussion of what we can do about this? We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
