Outdoor living

We need someone who can design our outdoor areas e.g., turning our backyard and frontyard into a multi-functional place. For example, we would like to have an outdoor kitchen in our backyard but it has to be fitted in appropriately. We would also like a low maintainance outdoor area where it can park more cars and have a place for our family to relax e.g., maybe a deck. Preferably someone who understand asian culture. If not, it's fine too. We have a limited budget but hope make the most of it.
