Lino was very respectful from start to finish, a couple of disappointments, when he changed the price after the first site visit , by then I had dropped two tradies I except the price because I wanted the job done , he said he would contact me when he will start the job, in the end I had to contact him eventually he made contact and gave me a day and time, he arrived 5 hours later on the day of the job. After all this the finished work made up for the disappointments. Overall 6 out 10.
