Boundary Retaining Wall

Hi There. I am looking for a quote on a boundary retaining wall. It is currently a cinder block wall between properties, but has started to massively lean in to my property due to a tree on the neighbors property. I am happy to replace the wall with a timber wall. It should not need consent if I have read the requirements correctly as it is under 1200 high. At this stage I am after a quote on how much so that I can plan to get the money together. Also I am looking at doing another two retaining walls on my property going forward as well. I will be home this Friday the 9th November if you wish to come around to look.
