Olive tree tidy up

I have a large olive tree in my front garden that needs to be tidied up. Id love it to be a round shape but dont know anything about Olive trees so have no idea if that would kill it.we don't eat olives so dont care if pruning will effect it producing fruit. Just want it tidy.
