Fixing up damaged landscaping with ready lawn
Job description
I need about 30m2 of ready lawn to be installed. There has been digging in my property by a neighbor installing a pipe, now that its done, he has agreed to pay to reinstate the lawn/landscaping. I require the existing lawn to be removed/scraped away, some top soil (maybe 1 cubic meter) and fertilizer to be put down and raked, then some ready lawn to be installed. I also require this to be done in a weekend. To match the existing lawn, we had previously used "California Green" type grass from "Ready Lawn" in mt wellington.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a tradie. I used Kavaholic to do my lawn initially over a year ago, then after some damage from a small excavation I hired Kavaholic to fix some of it up (relay 1/3 of what he did before). Do not use this company they have gone down hill significantly since I last used them over a year ago. He charged twice as much for the area he layed. The ground is uneven, parts of it are dying and he left 2m2 unfinished. He want return my calls.
