Paving and digging of ground

I have an area at the front of the house. I need to pave approx 1.5m by 2m (I already have the pavers) The remaining dirt needs to be dug is approx 2m by 2.5m. It just needs some strength to be turned - there are no tree stumps etc that are involved. I have three Yukkas in another garden that I would like moved to the new turned soil. May pay to visit to quote first
