Kauwhata marae

We have an area that is about 70 metres x 20 metres that needs to be planted up with shallow rooted plans, including laying weed mat, mulch and whatever else is needed to ensure the area flourishes. The area is now fenced off as driplines from the wastewater system run along here. We are required to put in shallow rooted plants to filter the effluent before it goes to the water table. the photo was taken after the new wastewater system was installed, unfortunately now weeds have grown and a fence has been put up to stop people parking on this space. We would like a quote for the work please.
