Landscaping and gardening work

The front of my section is now covered with wood mulch which is quite sick and birds always come and flip the wood mulch around, also the ground is hard to dig to plants. Require someone to help to maybe replace the wood mulch and help paving some pavers(which i already have) and dig holes to plant tress and shrub. Photo of my front yards is below
