Fence and flat lawn

Hi we would like to fence our property of 705 sq meters located at 127 Stirrat Street, Kingswell, Invercargill please. Can you provide us a quote for a basic fence on 2 sides south facing (rear) and east facing (left side from street). We are looking to build the cheapest option available 1.8 to 2 meter fence on the rear side and on the east side we would like a railroad sleeper like fence to keep a countryside look. The house is already built and also we would like to flatten the lawn which is already flat so just a basic fill and scrape where there may be a depression on site (hardly a few bags of earth).
