Job description
I have a brick fence that I would like plastered/rendered to a 'sand' (rather than smooth) finish. Fence area to be plastered is approximately 20m2.

It was a promising start - they took the time to really understand the job - but did send a second person to view the job without giving me prior notice (not so good). Once they got the job the initially good communication became really awful communication. Almost nothing for ages, so I call them - they'll get back to me. Then, ages later, a call to say the sub-contractor had bailed, then nothing for ages, then a call to say another sub-contractor was being arranged, then nothing... to this day nothing - and my wall still needs to be plastered!!! Lots of promises. No delivery.
