Trentham Topsoil 120m2

New build house that requires topsoiling. The area is approx. 120m and will need to be 150 to 200mm.

Scope:
- This is a new build, minimal scraping is requiring in the front yard (could be re-distributed to the back).
- Spread and compact soil
- Next to driveway and small garden out back there is some overspill concrete to be removed offsite
- Good quite top soil to be used
- Small smooth 15 to 25mm stones down the side path ~20m x 0.2m x 0.15m

Access is between two fence posts with the inserts removed.

If possible (not necessary) arrange for hydro seeding.
