New build house that requires topsoiling. The area is approx. 120m and will need to be 150 to 200mm. Scope: - This is a new build, minimal scraping is requiring in the front yard (could be re-distributed to the back). - Spread and compact soil - Next to driveway and small garden out back there is some overspill concrete to be removed offsite - Good quite top soil to be used - Small smooth 15 to 25mm stones down the side path ~20m x 0.2m x 0.15m Access is between two fence posts with the inserts removed. If possible (not necessary) arrange for hydro seeding.

Murray did an excellent job at topsoiling and seeding the lawn. Excellent communication and clearly understood my requirements for the work. Would recommend Hutt Diggers for any future work.
