Leveling of front lawn with top soil

I have a front lawn which need to be leveled as there are few spots which are hollow and not so perfectly levelled. The grass is fine but I need to focus on removing the weeds as I neglected this for a number of years. My vision is to see a healthy green lawn in front of my house which is a lovely sight. The area is approximately 70 square meters. I can source a TOP SOIL if you don't have a soil to provide. After leveling, if you can include planting seeds, that would be good, but I can do this myself if not possible for you after leveling. LOCATION: Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt Thank you very much.
