Retaining wall on time and on budget, with excellent communication but quality issues. Rather than 14 poles at 0.85m spacing as per quote we got 10 poles at random spacing of 1m up to 1.3m (not be as strong). String line for poles was put on outside of poles rather than timber side so packers were needed between skinnier poles and timber, and some poles don't touch wall at all. Gaps under wall meant drainage metal poured out the bottom. Drainage coil installed near top rather than bottom.

Tradesperson reply
"We don't deliberately plan on making our post spacing uneven...ground conditions and a exsisting wall played a part ...otherwise excellent client and site to work at"
