Quote for a fence & some pavers

Our investment property is tired and we are trying to give it a little facelift. The Fence: The current fence appears to be a combination of concrete footing, timber framing and cement board walls. Down one side is a boundary fence that we will need to speak to the neighbours about at the very least we would like to remove the cement board on our side & replace with clean timbers. The Paving: currently has lovely old bricks but they are all uneven and not very safe. We would like to remove all of the brick, level the ground & replace with some larger 400mmx400mm pavers. The same bricks are used to retain some small perimeter gardens so would like to replace those too with something that matches the new pavers.
