Landscaping backyard & retaining wall

I am looking for landscapers/builders who would be interested in doing the job in April. My backyard is on a steep slope and its very hard to maintain. I am thinking of getting the bottom half of the backyard cemented and getting the retaining walls in place so that when my rottie runs across, the dirt and stones don't come rolling down. I also have a side yard that needs some maintenance. The retaining wall might be higher than 2m but I am happy to go to council to get it approved.
