Landscaping - Front of House and Backyard

We are looking to have our front yard architecturally designed and landscaped that would match our house them (about 45 sqm - front yard area, no topsoil yet). And we are looking to have our backyard covered with top soil only (about 100sqm). I can do the lawn myself for the backyard.
