Backfill and levelling outdoor area

I need a 80-90m2 area prepared for artificial turf. The area is currently topsoil that has been weed killed, but needs to be excavated or replaced with a substrate and basecourse. I've already built retaining walls and edging around the area so only earthworks is required for this job. Hoping to complete this job between the 7th and 21st January 2019.
