Landscaping: lime courtyard, concrete paving,small retaining wall

We need our new house site prepared for planting. Some levelling and fill up to existing concrete pathways and decking. Lime crush and chip courtyard with edging to be created with 4x macrocarpa planter boxes (3.2 or 4x2m if possible) some concrete pavers under wash line, and a couple of paver pathways. Approx 9 or 10m sleeper retaining wall approx 50cm along one side of house bordering drive. Flat, lifestyle section.
