Paving or concreting patio and path (home)

Hi, I am looking to either pave ( --- pavers natural/whiteish look) or concrete with lines to look like pavers, a patio area which is currently grassed adjacent to a low deck. area approx 9m2. from this we will run a path down the side of the house, again in pavers or concrete that looks like pavers (with lines in it), this are is approx 11m2, total area of aving or concreting about 20m2. Depending on work done and cost we have a further 20m2 of paving/concreting to be down on the other side of the house, which we will look to do as the finances allow!
