Timber retaining wall and adjoining concrete driveway

Wants to build a timber retaining wall that is less than 0.8 meter height for a length of about 10 meters. Currently there is a retaining wall half way, but it needs to be push back a little bit to allow to have more space for a driveway to the side of the house in order to get more off-street parking space. Need to lay concrete, or concrete blocks, or interlock concrete blocks to the driveway with a drainage system.
