Digging out and top soiling/instant grassing lawn

A bottom area (circa 60sqm) that was covered in Pea Metal, although some has been dug out and placed in gardens. The retaining gardens have been removed with the soil spread over half. Area needs digging out slightly so levels are even with concrete once top soil and instant turf have been installed. Quotes have also been received to have both of these delivered.
