Paving preparation

I need someone to prep my backyard for paving and also do the screeding and lay the first few rows of the pavers. I will supply the materials and the labour (apart from the prep and screeding). I'm really looking for technical support. The area to be paved is 140 m2. The paving area is not for vehicles, just pedestrian traffic.
