Bach wall excavation and retaining wall

We have an old bach at Clarks Beach. The back wall of the bach is partially against the bank, or has infilled with debris over the years. We would like this freed up to enable the back wall to be relined and stop moisture entering the back wall. Once this is done a retaining wall built (post?) to retain the bank. Access is limited.
