Lawn makeover

Wanting someone to come and scarify, core, top dress our lawn to improve drainage and overall appearance leading into summer. Would try myself, but from what I've researched it seems there a pre a bunch of tools ideal for the job that I don't own, so keen to find someone who can contract the job instead. Bonus points for putting in a French drain (but appreciate this could be a different contractor and much bigger job).
