Retaining wall help

Hi We are looking for some help in figuring out what to do in our garden. We had soil/clay backfilled against our standalone garage which was causing water to leak into the garage every winter. We had a landscaping plan done which we were following which dug out a path around the garage and a retaining wall created. However, when we dug this out we've come across the power feed to the garage which is laid too high. This we can sort relatively easy to splice and extend. However, we've also come across the stormwater connection from one half of the garage roof (the other half goes direct to ground), We would like a retaining wall but just don't know what to do about the services, or where exactly to put the retaining wall without it looking odd. We're looking for someone to come and advise us on the best course of action that fits with the building code whilst also keeping the water out of the garage in the winter. Thanks
