Advise on design and construct back yard

Hi there. I have a drawing of what I would like to get done. I am just requiring expert advise on how to go about it and looking for cost for project. The property is a new build, and I need my entire backyard area levelled ( relatively levelled as is) and lay gravel down, and a little bit of boxing around the fence line. No immediate rush to get started, happy to be done between jobs if necessary.
