Basic Cheap Landscaping: Replace Weeds (~50m2) into White Stone and Bark
Job description
Scope of Works: IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT submit a proposal without an estimate of costs by quoting a FIXED $/m2 rate. I am happy for you to requote a lump sum price after a site visit for exact measurements only if required but the rate is FIXED. (Area 1 - Back Lawn) Dig out and replace 36 m2 of overgrown lawn with small white stones chips. White stone chips to be similar to that of the existing photo - Does not need to be exactly the same as long as it is similar enough and is cheap (Area 2 - Front Lawn) Dig out and replace 14 m2 of overgrown lawn with standard bark. Both of these areas (total 50 m2) needs to have the ground sprayed with heavy-duty weed killers and weed mat installed under the stone and bark. The areas are approximates only and have been rounded up. All rubbish and waste is to be removed at the end of the job but I am happy for you to use my green bins. Timing: I am very flexible with the timing and there is no rush. So whenever it is convenient would be great. And I am happy for this work to be done in stages (whenever you have free slots) and for you to use my green bins as required. As long as it works out to be cheaper.
