Clean and re-seal 160 metres of exposed aggregate

We have approximately 160 square metres of exposed aggregate concrete and tiles that are now 11 years old and need some TLC. Requirements are: 1. Level several tiles that have sunk (may need to be replaced) 2. Clean all areas. I've done this in the past with a water-blaster but it makes a huge mess of the garden, windows etc. I'd prefer a large vacuum cleaner that sprays water then suck up all the dirty water that can then be disposed of. 3. Re-seal all aggregate
