lift and relevel paving after cyclone damage

There is significant ponding after the cyclone plus my house sunk in some places and the foundations are to be lifted and levelled which will mean the pavers will all need to be lifted and relevelled after. I will need a quote for this before hand to form part of the insurance quote as insurance wants to do a settlement figure. Its fine to quote this as an allowance to remediate if that is easier.
