Retaining walls

I want 2 timber post-and-rail retaining walls: Wall 2 length 19m height 500mm (easy, new, foot is on flat path) Wall 1 length 11m height 800mm max (more difficult, foot on sloping ground, replaces damaged wall) Access to site via footpath to street. Wheelbarrow OK. No vehicle access. Pic 1 looks South along path between proposed wall 2 (left) and replacement for wall 1, towards entrance way. Pic 2 shows damage to wall 1. Pic 3 is EQC sketch of cross-section through path showing suggested fix.
